  Great location. Very friendly staff. I went there at 9.56 pm 4 min before closing time yet they served me and we're very good. The place is clean and food is good. For family I usually prefer bowl over burrito. Their beans don't have lard in them so more options for vegetarians.

  Love Chipotle and their food but this is the second time I have placed an order online for pick up in Billerica; I walk in, have to wait in line for them to tell me my order isn't ready and have no idea where the slip is for my order. Let alone there are three people standing in line while 5-6 workers just stand in the back staring at us but never help with orders. If you want an open concept kitchen, employees need to jump up and help out when customers walk in.
